The New York Police Department is now looking into claims that the actor, Cuba Gooding Junior, groped a woman at a Manhattan club on Sunday night claims Page Six through police sources.
The 30-year-old woman claims that the actor grabbed her breasts while they were hanging out at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge on 7th Avenue in Midtown. According to the accuser in question, Cuba was “highly intoxicated” and after he touched her inappropriately, the security personnel had to get involved.
The 51-year-old actor was captured on video leaving the nightclub supposedly right after the woman called the police around 1:00 am in the morning. The police combed the area soon after the call was made, and it was then left to the New York Police Department’s Special Victims forces.

Now, the actor is being investigated on charges of forcible touching. Social media posts feature the actor wearing a torn button-down t-shirt and singing a rendition of the Journey song, “Faithfully.” A spectator said that Gooding appeared to be in a great mood while he talked with other club-goers.
This won’t be the first time that the Jerry Maguire star has caused trouble with the opposite sex. In 2016, he was hanging out at a party in Miami and a witness said he was “beyond frisky with girls.” Apparently, Gooding was spotted pulling down his trousers and also shoving another person’s telephone in his mouth.
A witness said Mr. Gooding Junior oscillates wildly between emotions, going from being very friendly and sociable to instantly aggressive and confrontational. Gooding was married to Sara Kapfer until they called it off for good in 2014.

Recently, he has been linked to Claudine De Niro, the wife of Robert De Niro’s child, Raphael.
